Starting Black History Month on the Right Note
To begin Black History Month by sharing a Black woman–owned brand on a national platform felt both humbling and affirming. This month is about honoring the past while actively building the future — and entrepreneurship, creativity, and ownership are all part of that story.
Brittany Christina Home exists because of the freedom to imagine, create, and build something lasting. Being able to speak about that journey at the start of this month was a reminder that representation isn’t just about being seen — it’s about being positioned.
From Vision to Visibility
Brittany Christina Home was created from a simple but deeply personal belief:
your home should feel like sanctuary, art, and intention.
What began as a vision to design elevated, art-inspired home décor has grown into a brand rooted in storytelling, craftsmanship, and purpose. Every pillow, textile, and collection is designed to feel collected — not rushed — and to help transform everyday spaces into places that feel meaningful and lived in.
Being able to share that story on live television felt surreal, but also grounding. A reminder that when you build with intention — and stay obedient to the vision — the right doors open in the right season.

During the segment, I shared how I approach home design the same way I once approached fashion — as a form of self-expression. Your home, like your personal style, tells a story about who you are, where you’ve been, and where you’re going.
