🔁 Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, undamaged items in original packaging and with original tags still in tact. To start a return, email us at contact@brittanychristina.com with your order number.

💳 Refunds

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only. This credit can be used toward any future purchase and never expires.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Sale and final sale items are not eligible for return

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
