We want you to love your home pieces as much as we do. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on items that are:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • With original tags still in tact.

To initiate a return, email us at contact@brittanychristina.com with your order number.

Refunds

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit never expires
  • Credit can be used toward any future purchase

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Sale and final sale items are not eligible for return

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Brittany Christina Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To assist you quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Final Notes

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
