Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping is not available at this time—but we hope to expand soon.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared. During high-volume periods (such as new collection launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $150: $9.95 flat rate shipping
- Orders $150 and up: Free standard shipping
Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Brittany Christina Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or your building management
- Verifying your shipping address
- Contacting the carrier directly for assistance
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
